We deploy, secure and operate the complete digital stack your project runs on — file storage and office suite, email, project and work-package management, secure communication, analytics, backup and recovery — all self-hosted on EU infrastructure and monitored around the clock. You get a working environment from day one of the grant, and a clean export of everything on the day it closes.

Grant management has its own shape: work packages, milestones, deliverables, effort per beneficiary, reporting periods. Our stack is configured around it from the start, following the European Commission's PM² methodology, so the structure the project is managed in is the structure it reports in.
- Work packages and milestones — the project plan, Gantt and task structure mirror your Description of the Action.
- Effort and timesheets — person-hours recorded per work package and per beneficiary, ready for actual-cost reporting.
- Budget tracking — commitments and spend per partner and per cost category, visible as the project runs, not at the end of it.
- Deliverable register — every deliverable versioned, dated and traceable to the partner who produced it.
