The Project Administration Layer
Included from the Protected tier upward, and available with Core on request. Configured to your Description of the Action and to PM² practice, so the project is managed and reported in the same structure.
- Work-package and task management — OpenProject, structured as WP / task / deliverable with Gantt, dependencies and milestone gates.
- Time recording — hours logged against work packages by each beneficiary, exportable for actual-cost claims and audit.
- Budget and cost tracking — Dolibarr, tracking committed and incurred cost per partner, per cost category and per period.
- Deliverable repository — Nextcloud, with version history, approval status and submission dates.
- Reporting support — periodic-report data pulled from the systems the project already runs in, not reconstructed afterwards.
- Retention and audit trail — retained for the grant's full record-keeping obligation, with immutable backups.
Document Signing, Included
Consortium agreements. Partner accession forms. Addendums when a beneficiary changes. Amendments when the Description of the Action moves. NDAs before the proposal is even submitted. Every one of them needs signatures from people in different countries, and most consortia end up paying per envelope for the privilege — or worse, printing, scanning and emailing them around.
Signing runs inside your own environment: prepare the document, route it to the signatories, collect legally valid electronic signatures, and keep the signed original in the same repository as the rest of the project record — with the full audit trail attached. Self-hosted on your infrastructure, so there is no per-signature cost, no per-seat licence, and no third party holding copies of your contracts.
