How It Works

Before you sign

We read your proposal and tell you what it commits you to technically — and what that costs. Early enough to budget for it.

During the project

Everything stays monitored and maintained. Hours are logged against work packages from day one, so cost claims are exported, not reconstructed. Before each report, Unicis checks the paperwork still holds up.

Setup

We build the environment around your work packages, so the project runs in the same shape you report it in. Unicis checks the setup against your obligations. Partners get access.

At the end

Everything exports in open formats. Records are kept for as long as the grant requires. Nothing needs rebuilding, because nothing was locked in.
